曹冕　字敬修。年三十七岁。生于广州。已婚。子二女二。初学于广州西学斋及京师大学堂。光緖三十四年。以官费游美。入华盛顿大学。习教育及政治学。民国元年。得学士学位。为世界会会员。民国二年。回国。任广东高等师范学校教员。民国三年。任北京师范学校教员。民国四年。大总统府礼官处办事。留学生考试。取列甲等。分发教育部。现时通信处。北京丞相胡同广东学校。
