傅骕　字有周。年三十一岁。生于四川重庆。父卫卿。业书商。已婚。永久通信处。四川重庆陕西街善成堂书庄转。初学于上海复旦公学。宣统二年。游美。入科罗拉多矿业学校。习矿业工程。民国三年。得矿工程师学位。是年回国。民国四年。任四川建昌道冕寗县紫古金矿局长。又任财政部四川矿产调查员。民国五年。任四川工业专门学校采矿冶金科教员。现时通信处。四川成都学道街工业专门学校。
