娄裕焘　字鲁靑。年三十六岁。生于浙江绍兴兄裕。熊直隶省议会议员。永久住址。天津督署东河沿娄公馆。已婚。子四。初学于天津北洋大学。及新学书院。光緖二十九年。游美。光緖三十四年。入耶路大学。习法律。宣统三年。得法学士学位。是年回国。民国元年。任直隶省长公署法律顾问。兼任开滦铁路局文案。民国四年。充直隶省派赴巴拿马赛会代表。现时住址。天津大经路南头。
