陈焕章　字重远。年三十六岁。生于广东端溪。弟大章。业商。本籍通信处。广东高要县广利墟颖川学堂。已婚。女一。初为维新报编辑。及广东时敏高等学校教员及校长。中进士。肄业京师进士馆。光緖三十一年。以半官费游美。入哥仑比亚大学。习政治学。宣统三年。著孔门理财学。得博士学位。是年。回国。民国元年。为孔教会主任。民国二年。任总统府法律顾问。并为孔教会月报编辑。现时通信处。北京太仆寺街孔教会。
