倪兆春　字新初。年三十三岁。生于浙江杭州。已婚。初学于寗波三一书院。及上海圣约翰大学。任天津新学书院监督兼教员。又任上海务本女塾兼南洋中学英文总教员。宣统三年。自费游美。继得半官费三年。入米德布学校。习教育。民国元年。入哥仑比亚大学师范科。习教育行政。民国二年。得学士学位。仍在哥仑比亚大学。习外交及法律。民国四年。得硕士学位。以演说得金牌银杯奖。又以美国外交之著述。得最优奖。为哥仑比亚大学师范学会会计。东美中国学生会主席。巴拿马博览会万国教育会议中国代表。得校长巴特拉之学金奖。任哥仑比亚大学汉文教员。为留美学生月报编辑。民国五年。回国。通信处。浙江杭州中皮市巷。
