徐墀　字梦塘。年三十一岁。生于广东台山。未婚。永久通信处。香港德辅道六十五号。初学于直隶唐山路矿学校。为北京日报通信员。宣统二年。以官费游美。入伊利诺爱大学。习铁路管理及工程。民国元年。得学士学位。入本薛文尼大学。民国二年。得硕士学位。入哥仑比亚大学。习经济。民国四年。著铁路问题。得博士学位。为政治学会会员。及世界会会员。撰文论欧战。载东方杂志。及美国加省之中西日报。为校中网球队员。战报总经理。曾任美国伊里诺爱省中央铁路局运输科科员。又在本薛文尼省铁路学习。民国五年。回国。任北京京奉铁路总局局员。现时住址。北京西城东拴马椿十五号。
