李锡之　字仲荣。年二十六岁。生于安徽合肥。本籍住址。安徽合肥县二郞庙巷李宅。已婚。初学于安徽高等学堂及京师大学堂。授拔贡。宣统二年。以官费游美。入麻省工业学校。习机器工程。民国四年。得学士学位。为留美学生会会员。留美学生月报编辑。民国四年回国。任湖南工业专门学校教员。现时通信处。湖南长沙落星田工业专门学校。
